4 Cashless, the Green 4 online cashless system is a natural extension to the Green 4 CRM driven solution for stadia. 4 Cashless allows payments to be made for tickets/event bookings and food & beverage products from an ‘online account’ rather than needing to deal with cash.
The system is simple to operate and allows any unique ‘key’ to be issued with a cash value. The Key could be an RFID card, barcode card, magnetic strip card or even just a barcode on a match ticket. In the future, the key could be contained on your smart phone.
Top up anywhere, anytime or even automate your top ups
Cash can be added (purchased) to the account anywhere, anytime through the Green 4 online portal, as well as at any Green 4 POS device within the stadium or club stores. The portal can be accessed from a PC/Laptop, tablet device or smart phone, giving complete versatility on when and where top ups can be made to your online account, unlike more primitive systems that require a cash top up only available in the stadium.

An auto top up of your cashless account is possible with a payment provider that provides this facility, which guarantees that funds would always be available to the supporter, avoiding embarrassing or time consuming issues where online funds are not available to make the purchase.
Incentives that reward supporter loyalty and encourage increased spending
Discounts or loyalty bonuses can be applied to 4 Cashless purchases, enabling you to improve your fan engagement by rewarding loyalty as well as providing incentives that will increase revenues by encouraging increased spending. You could add £100 to your online account for just £95 before the season starts, or provide a bonus payment of £5 from a key sponsor generating a positive association with their brand and strengthening the corporate relationship.
Loyalty points can be collected by the supporter using 4 Cashless instead of other forms of payment, thus encouraging and rewarding use of this payment method, and of course, if desired, loyalty points can be converted into cash in the supporter’s account and used to encourage large purchases such as season ticket renewals.

Swift, effortless and secure transactions
4 Cashless can be used as a payment method at any G4 POS device. One swipe or touch is all that is required to make a payment. This payment method can be used to make a part payment, or multiple cards can be used on the same payment. A very slick transaction process will certainly be favourable to your supporters by reducing queues during crucial busy periods such as half time, whilst ensuring that you maximise the revenue generating potential by accommodating a greater number of transactions during this time.
Cashless payments can also be used to buy credit on other cashless accounts to facilitate transfers (only at POS for security reasons.)

Powerful knowledge that enhances marketing capabilities
Not only does Green 4 Cashless make payments more secure and eliminate shrinkage at the point of sale, but cashless systems are proven to create an increase in disposable expenditure. Critically, the integration with CRM provides a unique capability to measure every transaction.
This greatly improves targeted marketing based on knowledge of customer preferences and allows us to influence buying behaviour. Targeted messages such as tailored special offers can be made based on use of 4 Cashless. Message can reward supporters for larger transactions; ‘Thanks for securing your seat for the 2012-13 season, please find £5 additional cash on your card for your next pre-match visit to the kiosk.’ or encourage higher spending, for example supporters with an average kiosk spend of £4 would receive a loyalty offer encouraging them to spend more than £5.
Green 4 Cashless is the oil to our joined up stadium, which ensures smooth operation and maximises expenditure within the stadium environment. Less money spent down the pub, less spent on unmanaged concessions outside the stadium and more loyalty and empathy with your supporter base.
