Beyond CRM in Sport & Leisure Forum

Beyond CRM is an industry leading sport and leisure forum, hosted annually by Green 4 Solutions.

Each year there is an increased importance placed on having a strong CRM strategy, especially within the sports and leisure industries. The aim of Beyond CRM is to provide a platform for sport and leisure organisations to share their knowledge, as well as a showcase of leading examples of successful CRM strategy, whilst addressing some of the challenges that are faced by this unique industry.

Whatever stage you are at on your ‘CRM journey’ it is crucial to learn from the success or failure of others before shaping your strategy, something that Beyond CRM can be a key part of helping you do.

Who should attend Beyond CRM?

The forum is relevant to most commercial roles within sport and leisure, with particular relevance if your job role is within one of the following areas:

CEO, Managing Director, Marketing, CRM, Social Media, IT, Sales, Loyalty and Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Finance, Ticketing and Retail, Corporate Sales.

We often also have relevant content for the performance and administration side of sport, showing some stories of how technology has been used to positively influence this area.

Beyond CRM 2013.

The 2013 forum, our biggest and best yet, took place at Lord's Cricket Ground on June 18 and was hosted by 'the voice of cricket' Jonathan Agnew.

In addition to host Jonathan Agnew and Neil Back MBE, the first class line-up of keynote speakers included National Football League (NFL) giants, the Kansas City Chiefs, Major League Soccer's Seattle Sounders, the Managing Director of a hugely successful leisure operator, The Original Bowling Company and experienced Commercial Director at Bristol City Football Club.

Green 4 were also thrilled that Waitrose Head of Customer Loyalty, Leigh Rengger was there to talk about 'myWaitrose', giving a unique example of best practice CRM, Loyalty and customer experience strategy from the retail industry.
