Beyond CRM is an industry leading sport and leisure forum, hosted annually by Green 4 Solutions.

Each year there is an increased importance placed on having a strong CRM strategy, especially within the sports and leisure industries. The aim of Beyond CRM is to provide a platform for sport and leisure organisations to share their knowledge, as well as a showcase of leading examples of successful CRM strategy, whilst addressing some of the challenges that are faced by this unique industry.

Beyond CRM 2012, Team GB House.

Just weeks before the start of the 2012 Olympic Games, Beyond CRM took place within the superb facilities at Team GB House, overlooking the London Olympic Park. Delegates were able to enjoy a wide range of keynote presentations, a number of networking opportunities and a discussion panel that was the focal piece for an engaging topical debate among delegates.

Taking place at the 'Home of Cricket', right before the Investec Ashes Series 2013, Beyond CRM will this year be hosted by cricketing legend and ‘Voice of the Game’, Jonathan Agnew, who has recently been announced as the latest Green 4 Ambassador.

Agnew will join Green 4's other ambassador, rugby world-cup winner, Neil Back, who will also be in attendance.

Following on from the success of the 2012 Forum at Team GB House, Beyond CRM will feature examples of best practice CRM and business strategy, fan loyalty and fan engagement programmes as well as networking sessions.
