David Robinson - Technical Director
David was one of the original founders of Green 4 Solutions when the company was launched in January 2006. Having graduated from University College of North Wales in 1987 with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, David went on to work as a software engineer on various projects within Air Traffic Control systems and major defence projects throughout the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. He also went on to achieve his Masters Degree during this time.
In the mid 1990’s David switched his attention to developing and building Customer Information Systems, and worked as the technical architect of several software projects culminating with the creation of Ascent CRM with over 300 worldwide customers. David then became one of the founders of Green 4 Solutions Limited, working alongside Andrew Duncan, and later Jane Mauger, to build a product that integrates tightly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to deliver internet based marketing campaigns, and also large scale data integration solutions for a number of customers. Throughout his career David has developed strong skills in building high performance, scalable, resilient and useable CRM applications using the current Microsoft technologies.
David now heads up the technical arm of Green 4 Solutions, managing a number of data migration projects and writing new software including interfaces which allow Green 4 CRM to source transactional data from a range of ticketing and online EPOS systems. David lives in Leicestershire with his wife Karen and son Thomas, and away from work he enjoys playing golf, reading a variety of classic and contemporary fiction, and watching various sports.

Peter Oliver - Sales & Marketing Director
Peter was another of the original founders of Green 4 solutions, having previously spent several years selling CRM solutions into the sports and leisure market.
After completing an economics degree at East London University, Peter spent his first years of employment in the US teaching dyslexic children. On his return to the UK Peter took up his first sales role in the mobile phone market in 1986 before moving on to fulfill a number of sales and sales management roles in the buoyant ERP market during the early 1990’s.
Since the late 1990’s, Peter’s key skill has been to conceive and build new business initiatives, firstly launching the Ascent CRM solution in 1998, then as a key member of the management team that successfully executed an MBO of Ascent Technology in 2002, a business that was subsequently sold to Ciber Inc of the USA in 2004.
From 2003 Peter was responsible for building a vertical market strategy for CRM in the Sport and Leisure market, and enjoyed success with numerous Premiership football clubs, as well as prestigious organisations such as The Rugby Football League, The British Olympic Association, Arsenal FC, Aston Villa FC and The Football Association.
Peter now manages the business strategy for Green 4, steering the company towards becoming market leader in the provision of marketing services to the Sports and Leisure sector. He works with the sales and marketing team to explore new business opportunities and to create and supply a range of after-sales support services for existing customers.
Peter, now 44, has been married to Debbie for 20 years and has two sons and a daughter who all exhibit the same sporting inclinations as their energetic father, who has now progressed to competing in triathlons.

Andrew Duncan - Head of Development
Andrew graduated from Manchester University in 1989 after studying physics and astrophysics. He spent a number of years in the defence industry working alongside David Robinson on a number of flight simulator projects using PC technology. In 1996 Andrew took his skills to a smaller company in the commercial sector, first working on a number of ship simulator projects, and then on the design, development and marketing of a motion capsule for PC video games.
In 1999 Andrew joined David again and helped extend Ascent CRM with workflow, e-communication software and functionality for scripted data capture from campaign recipients. The data capture capability was then extended to include interactive voice response telephony applications.
As a founder of Green 4 Solutions, Andrew helped build a product that integrates tightly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to deliver internet based marketing campaigns focusing in particular on the development of AJAX style user interface that integrates tightly with Dynamics CRM 3.0. Throughout his career Andrew has developed very strong web development skills and has extensive knowledge of the behaviour of various internet browser platforms.
Andrew now works within the Green 4 Technical team to develop new software, templates and applications to help maximise the effect of CRM-based electronic communications. He also manages the Green 4 network and deals with all technology requirements to keep the team up and running both in the office and in the field.

Jane Mauger - Software Developer
Jane began her software development career at Taylor Hobson where she developed control, data analysis and display software for high precision measuring instruments. In 1997, Jane first worked on the development of WINit Sales Force Automation software, before moving on to play a major role in the design and development of Ascent CRM, working closely with David Robinson throughout in the role of software team leader.
At Green 4, Jane has worked extensively on customising and developing extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, and building large scale integration solutions for a number of customers in order to acquire and store data within CRM from electronic ticketing and entry control systems.
Jane has been married to Darian for 8 years, and they live in Leicestershire where they enjoy various outdoor pursuits, as well as spending time with their large extended family.

Ben Weston - Senior Design Consultant
Ben is well to known to the majority of Green 4 customers as he heads our technical support team, taking responsibility for installing, maintaining and upgrading various types of hardware and software as well as delivering end-user training and also working on the design of templates and campaigns across the Green 4 client base.
Ben joined Green 4 in August 2006 having previously worked as a Data Programmer for a direct mail printing business. He started a Computer Science and Mathematics degree at Leicester University but decided to move into the commercial sector prior to completing his studies.
Away from work, Ben is a keen DJ and music producer and has seen one of his song creations progress to a commercial release on vinyl. He also enjoys playing and watching sports, travelling to exotic destinations and spending time with his girlfriend Sonia.

Elliot Metcalfe – Project Manager
Elliot joined the Green 4 team in September 2006, bringing with him a wealth of sales and marketing experience within the Sports and Leisure industry having previously spent 5 years as Marketing Manager with Derby County Football Club. He has also worked for Experian and Notebook Design in various sales and marketing roles.
Having completed a HND in Design Communication, Elliot went on to obtain his BA (Hons) in Media Production at Lincolnshire University
where he met his and in the early part of this decade he spent 4 years living in Sweden where he met his future wife Carina.
Elliot is now responsible for managing the creation and deployment of new CRM systems across our customer base and is currently project managing the roll-out of Green 4 CRM to 14 race courses within the Jockey Club Racecourses group, as well as handling many other new accounts across the sports and leisure industry.
Elliot and Carina live in Derby and have 2 young children who keep Elliot mostly occupied in his spare time, although he also finds the occasional opportunity to enjoy watching most sports including football and cricket. Elliot is an accomplished singer, and has played to crowds of several thousand spectators during his time with various bands.

Beth Carter –
Marketing/Account Manager
Beth is a graduate of Leeds
University where she obtained her BA
(Hons) in Management Studies. After
graduating, she entered employment
with CIBER UK as a telemarketing
executive before moving on to
promote CRM solutions into the
Sports, Leisure, Arts and Charities
vertical markets.
Beth joined Green 4 in March
2006, and is responsible for
promoting Green 4 CRM into the sport
and leisure sectors. She
coordinates all Green 4 events and
customer days as well as collating
news stories for our ‘Green 4 Word’
e-newsletter and the Green 4
website.
Beth's also spends a lot of time
visiting customers to make sure they
are getting the most out of their
systems.
Beth is heavily involved in
seeking new business opportunities
for Green 4 Solutions, from direct
sales through to reseller
opportunities in the Microsoft
Partner Channel. She works very
closely with Green 4’s email
marketing distributor - a company
called “c360” - to assist them with
marketing and pre sales activities
to the Dynamics CRM Reseller
Community.
Beth lives in Leicestershire and
in her spare time she likes to keep
fit, while also attempting to tend
to her house and garden. She enjoys
travelling to new and exciting
places, and enjoying the ‘odd’ glass
of wine with her friends and family.

Greg Hancock - Business
Development
Greg graduated
from Southampton Solent University
in 1999 with a Ba (hons) degree in
Marketing and Design. He then went
on to work within a marketing agency
working as an account manager on
projects ranging from design for
print and internet development. Greg
later developed a strong interest in
the online world and eventually
moved to become East Midlands
internet manager for a newspaper
group.
It soon became
apparent that there is a strong need
for combined online, sales and
marketing skills in the publishing
and events market and Greg was soon
in high demand, moving to Warners
Group Publications. Whilst at
Warners Greg was responsible for
taking the internet strategy for
over 30 magazines and events to a
new level with the development of a
bespoke content management system
and strong advertising strategy.
Once Warners was in a very
strong position with a growing
online revenue Greg went on to take
on a new challenge of developing the
online sales strategy for one of the
UK’s number one business to business
magazines.
In 2007 Greg
discovered Green 4 Solutions and
could see a huge need for the
product in the media and events
markets and was very keen to be part
of its growth. Greg now heads up
Green 4’s business development into
the Events, Media and Publishing
markets which is an integral part of
the business strategy for 2008. |

Inderjit Padan - Technical Support
Analyst
Indy is a new member to Green 4
team, his main role being Technical
Support Advisor but also
participates in a number of key
activities like template and portal
building.
Indy joined Green 4 in February 2008
having graduated from De Montfort
University to which he gained a BSc
Honours Degree in Business
Information Systems and has joined
Green 4 in order to further his
career within a business and
computing sector.
Indy's main interests include
watching and playing a variety of
sports (tennis, table tennis,
badminton, snooker, and football
being the predominant one). With a
keen interest in football Indy is a
key member of the Liverpool
Supporters Club Leicestershire
Branch. Other Interests include
socialising and going out with
friends, watching various TV
programmes and films, playing
computer games as well as keeping
fit and travelling.

Dipesh Pancholi - Technical
Support Analyst Dipesh is
one of the latest additions to the
Green4 team. He concentrates his
skills on web development and is
also part of the CRM support team.
His duties involve the initial
diagnosis of customer issues, the
design and creation of email
marketing websites and is currently
involved with promoting Green4 on
the internet.
Dipesh graduated from De Montfort
University where he read BSc
Computer Science. Thereafter was
then posted as an IT Trainer for a
small business in Leicester.
Dipesh enjoys working in a busy
environment where he can acquire new
knowledge and deliver good customer
service.
In his spare time, Dipesh
enjoys working with his dad in their
family business, going to the gym
and socializing with friends. |

Sherry Rolls - Financial
Controller
Sherry's career in finance
and accounting started at Next Head
Office, where she left to continue
in the retail industry at Landsend.
After a career break to
have a family, Sherry worked for
Green 4's partner Key Parker, before
she joined Green 4 when they began
in January 2006.
Sherry has been married to Mike for
11 years and they have 2 young
children, Tabatha and Ben. When
she's not entertaining the children,
she enjoys her Allotment, going to
the gym and having a glass of wine
in the evening! |
