Loyalty points can be accumulated across multiple customer touch points including ticket purchases, early attendance, retail and ad-hoc events such as team results or weather. The solution extends further with the introduction of the loyalty point viewer to enable sponsors to advertise a loyalty code which fans can then submit to their portal to accrue further points. 

Points are held within the system and fans can use their single sign-on to track and redeem against an endless number of ‘money can’t buy’ rewards and auctions. Loyalty points can also be used to calculate priority categories for ticket sales.
