As the market leader for CRM in Sport and Leisure we have a proven CRM system at the heart of Green 4 Sport in order to allow you to gain full control of your supporter and customer data with a true 360 degree view.

Profiling is made easy with the supporter interests, demographics and preferences stored centrally alongside all of the transactional and behavioural data in the CRM database. This can be used with the fully integrated marketing tools in order to deliver highly targeted and personalised campaigns that will ensure results.

Automated campaigns and business process

‘Workflows’ can be created within the Green 4 Sport solution which allow you to deliver perfectly timed, personalised campaigns via email or SMS without any human intervention. Automated campaigns can range from something simple like wishing your supporter a happy birthday, to a highly complex set of rules and circumstances in which to identify the indented recipient.
