New Home and New CRM for Valenciennes FC
French Ligue 1 Football are now playing in their new 25,000 capacity stadium, Stade du Hainaut. Not only do they have a new stadium, they will also be using a new CRM system from Green 4 Solutions. The first phase of this is imminent so that Valenciennes FC has a centralised view of their data in the CRM database to be able to push email communications to promote next season ticket renewals to targeted supporter audiences.
Green 4’s solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM will integrate their ticket sales data from their existing ticketing solution, DataSport. Access Control Data will also be pushed into the CRM system from Orange Business Services, cashless transactions from Crédit Agricole and loyalty points. Elemprod, using Green 4’s Single Sin On, has created an online web portal which provides supporters with one single registration point to access multiple online facilities, such as the online shop for ticketing and retail as well as access to the online .Customer details will be carried across from the online ticketing system to the online retail system so that there is no need for repeated log ins to different transactional systems. This will not only make the customer online experience much more efficient for the customer but enable Valenciennes to maximise ancillary online sales and gather purchase history centrally.
