Green 4 Springs into Action with the UK’s Largest Freestyle Jumping Arena, Air Space
Tuesday January 12, 2016
Air Space, from the creators of the award-winning Go Ape organisation, will implement Green 4’s Go single platform solution to manage the entire Customer Journey including all bookings, customer relationships and communications.
Catapulting onto the sport and leisure scene, Air Space is an amazing new freestyle jumping attraction, operating across the UK. Launched by the team behind the forestry adventure network Go Ape!, Air Space currently run two venues, East Kilbride in Scotland and Wolverhampton in the Midlands. Plans are already in place to expand with the aim for 16 centres to be opened across the UK by 2018, creating over 1,000 jobs for local communities.
Their facilities, utilising large warehouse spaces, feature a large network of connected trampolines and special high-rise sports, including basketball, football, dodgeball as well as a specialised snow sports-style bounce board which allows people to practice aerial tricks in safe surroundings.
Since opening in 2014, Air Space has quickly grown in popularity, due to the unique nature of their attraction. As they continue to expand, Air Space recognised that an advanced booking and CRM system was required, capable of providing ongoing engagement with customers and facilitating their growth in the Leisure market.
Speaking ahead of the announcement, Victoria Oldknow, Marketing Manager at Air Space said "In an industry that is so new to the UK, knowing and understanding your customers is key. It was imperative that we selected a booking system that not only performed the functional element of the booking process really well, but that also allowed us to collect and analyse customer data. Developing meaningful relationships with our customers and having the ability to respond to their needs is what will cement our position as market leader in the sector."
The Go solution supplied by Green 4 will provide a single platform for the online bookings, scheduling of all activities, eCommunications and marketing automation.
The operational functionality of the Go Solution will enable Air Space to manage their venue capacity at each site, for both general admissions and activity classes. However, the most significant benefit will be the ability to harvest the data they collect during the online booking process to build profiles of, and insight into their customers, in order to drive personalised communications, increase average spend per person and increase the frequency of visits.
By placing greater emphasis on the collection of good quality customer data, the Air Space management team will be able to easily review if capacity levels are being reached across centres. This will allow each venue to act accordingly and reshape their market strategies or promotions to ensure utilisation is optimised and revenue is maximised.
Green 4 Solutions Director, Peter Oliver, added “We relish working with clients such as Air Space, who understand the commercial and strategic benefits of our centralised platform.”
“We are very excited to be part of this partnership, and we’re looking forward to working alongside Air Space for the foreseeable future.”
