Figueirense FC focus on fans

Brazilian Serie A club Figueirense FC, originating from the surfer island of Florianopolis in Santa Catarina State an hour flight south west of Sao Paulo, become the first Brazilian club to implement Green 4’s joined up CRM and Membership solution.
“Our main focus is to improve the service we provide to our fans and current members” stated Gustavo Spanholi, Marketing Manager at Figueirense.
“At present our engagement with fans is limited. Our fans are the lifeblood of the club and our primary objective will be to communicate what is happening at their club on a more personal basis.”
The Green 4 system (Go) will be used to manage all forms of membership at the club, from juniors and casual followers to full membership subscribers, encouraging fans to progress up the ladder of loyalty. Eventually the single database solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be used to manage all engagements with Figueirense fans, including retail and even a Loyalty program to reward fans with “money can’t buy experiences”.
