Snowplanet, based in New Zealand, have this week committed to implementing Green 4’s solution for indoor ski resorts.

They approached Green 4 earlier this year after seeing Green 4’s system in action at Chill Factore and The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead.

Green 4 will begin implementation of an integration solution for CRM, Online Booking, POS booking, ecommunications , Instructor Scheduling and integration to Access Control.

Snowplanet were finding it increasingly difficult to manage capacity on the slopes and were not able to police the time that an individual spent on the slope due to the lack of access control integration. With Green 4’s solution in place, integrated to access control, they can control who is on slope during a given time period.

In addition to the operational benefits sought from the new system, Snowplanet will also be able to grow their database and improve customer communication. All customer information and transactional history will be profiled directly into the CRM database. Automated email campaigns can then be driven by transactional behaviour or membership renewal dates.
