Tropical Sky invest in Green 4 CRM to take customer relationships to new places

Green 4 are delighted to announce that Tropical Sky will implement their leading solution for CRM and eCommunications. Tropical Sky are Caribbean holiday and luxury holiday specialists who  offer long haul travel, honeymoons, weddings abroad, bespoke holidays to exotic destinations.  They saw the need for a CRM and eCommunications tool to help manage their customer database and improve communications throughout the journey of the customer; from the point of receiving an email promoting an offer which is relevant and of interest, through to automated email confirmations of a holiday bookings and post-holiday questionnaires.

Tropical Sky’s aim is to maximise customer loyalty through communication that is relevant and timely. For example; a post-holiday questionnaire may prompt a repeat holiday booking, or at least give Tropical Sky a better insight into customer preferences and create a detailed profile of that individual for more targeted and relevant future marketing campaigns.

Green 4 will put their data integration expertise in place to integrate with Tropical Sky’s existing booking system, TMS. This will create an automatic feed of data straight into CRM, passing through a deduplication mechanism on the way. Using Green 4’s integrated solution for eCommunication, Tropical Sky will then be able to send sophisticated marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is at the heart of the Green 4 Solution and provides the perfect environment to create detailed customer profiles.  This will help Tropical Sky to identify the most appropriate customers for specific holidays and offers. All customer data will be centralised; from booking information to click through data and questionnaire responses. This will create a detailed profile of each customer and using the query tools within the system, Tropical Sky will be able to easily build criteria to segment  customers and prospects.
