It`s "Snow" Problem for Green 4

The Snow Centre offer a huge 160m main slope as well as the largest indoor lesson slope in the UK. To ensure repeat visits, the main objective is to provide customers with a seamless and simple solution to manage all customer interactions, from managing booking to communications.

The ability to provide the customer with a seamless and trouble-free booking process was vital in order to enhance the customer experience. Green 4 Solution, have built a completely integrated system based on Dynamics CRM to help make the customer experience as slick as possible. In just over 8 weeks, Green 4 have been able to implement a solution that supports all of The Snow Centre's requirements.

At the core of the technology, Microsoft Dynamics CRM was the 'engine' Green 4 Solutions used to build their whole booking and eCommunication technology.  The system enables the customer to book their snow session when they want and how they want, either online or via the call centre, the system manages capacity and provide additional capability to order complimentary items, such as skis, gloves etc. As customers enter their details to book their session, the data is automatically logged in the CRM database; this makes it readily available for future marketing campaigns.

Green 4 have been able to quickly put into operation an answer to the Snow Centre's need to not only ensure an excellent customers experience, but also provide staff with an easy-to-use solution which caters for all their booking and communication requirements.  The Snow Centre is the second indoor snow centre Green 4 has worked with. For the last 2 years Chill Factor e has used Green 4 Booking and eCommunication solution to streamline their business processes.
