Scunthorpe United to build Cast Iron relationships with their Supporters

Scunthorpe United are the latest signing for Green 4 Solutions. With a vision to create a clean, up-to-date supporter database, they approached Green 4 to help them implement systems that will  support the ongoing communication with supporters. By integrating ticketing and other purchase history data, Scunthorpe can build a clear picture of their supporters relationship with the club. Furthermore the Green 4 Booking system will be used to manage corporate sales for both match day and non match day events, all integrated into the same database. 

Using the segmentation tools built into the system, Scunthorpe will be able to communicate personally with all groups of supporters from juniors, to Season Ticket Holders, Schools, Local clubs and Corporate customers. Not only will customers be more informed, but it will allow the club to make highly relevant and commercial offers to each customer group.
