Green 4 are delighted to announce Munster Rugby as a new addition to the Green 4 Sport family.
Munster have recently invested in the green 4 Sports CRM Solution to ensure that ongoing communication and future sales & marketing campaigns are maximised. The initial objective in the project was focused on delivering a clean and organised database, information from over 40 sources is currently being incorporated into a single database which has been achieved through the first part of the 2009/10 season.
By having their entire consumer details in a central depositary, and integrating with their key transactional systems, Munster are able to get a 360 degree view of supporter activities, demographics, as well as their interactions with the organisation such as ticket purchases, membership renewals, online purchases and web site logins. Using the comprehensive supporter data held in the CRM system, the club utilise the easy to use profiling tool to segment data to create targeted Marketing lists, based on customers’ existing needs.
