Green 4 Solutions is delighted to announce that Southend United will join Leicester City FC in implementing its Player Per4mance solution.
Southend United has been a long time user of Green 4 Solutions CRM solutions, deploying the technology to great effect in its marketing and commercial activities and they hope to mirror this success on-the-pitch by using Player Per4mance.
The Blues plan to deploy Player Per4mance to centralize all player health, fitness and performance information. Player Per4mance is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM but in this instance it has been designed by Green 4 to manage player information rather than supporter and customer interactions. The aim is for training and coaching staff to have a more in depth understanding into the key influences that can affect performance levels.
Player Per4mance has the ability to store and manage all of Southend United’s player information (spanning from the Under 8’s to 1st Team Squad), taking data feeds from existing monitoring systems such as Polar. It also provides simple and easy reporting functionality for staff helping them to understand the different factors that affect performance and flag any potential performance issues.
Southend United’s decision to go with Player Per4mance coincides with Green 4’s Official Launch of Player Per4mance at Leicester City FC on 10th March.
Laurence Bloom, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Southend United FC said:
“Being able to manage all player information in one central database, and pull off analytical reports will enable me to look further into the data sets I am collecting and allow me to identify what is working in order to coordinate the most efficient individual training sessions to enhance on pitch performance.”
Joining Laurence on the discussion panel will be Dean Riddle, Sheffield United and Andy Blake, Leicester City. If you would like further information about the event please contact olwen@green4solutions.com
