Player Per4mance Launch Event: Video Highlights

Green 4 are pleased to announce that the video highlights from the Green 4 Player Per4mance Launch Event which was held on the 10th March 2010 at Leicester City’s Walker Stadium have now been added to the website. 
 
The videos allow you to have an insight to the topics explored in the discussion by our expert panellists Andy Blake (LCFC), Dean Riddle (Sheffield United FC) and Laurence Bloom (Southend United FC). You also have the chance to hear Lee Hoos, Chief Executive of LCFC, introduce the day and his reason and requirement to bring in a Performance Management System from a business perspective.
 
We hear from different perspectives within the coaching staff, ranging from a Head of Strength & Conditioning Coach, to a Head of Performance Analysis and a Performance Manager to uncover a variety of different needs in the coaching staff. The scope of the expert’s discussion covered topics such as the need for Performance Management Systems in a sports club set up, the ability to research difference performance variables, the future of systems in sport, and much more....
