If you're a part of a sports team or related services, you face unique challenges in leveraging technology. Our Dynamics Sports Special Interest Group allows you to network with others in your industry. This is an Open CRMUG event for organizations that are part of or related to the sports industry.

The Dynamics Sports Special Interest Group provides a virtual, roundtable environment to discuss your successes, challenges, and future vision in using and integrating software in the professional or amateur sports industry. With a focus on customer relationship software (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), the discussions also include related back office software such as Dynamics GP/AX/NAV, as well as integration with other common software systems related to ticket sales, merchandise sales, food & beverage sales, and email newsletter services. Join the discussion to increase your organization’s revenues, maximize efficiencies through software integration of disparate systems, and improve your customer service.

In our next meeting on May 5th, we'll spend the first part identifying topics that you'd like to cover or see presentations on going forward. If you have a question for the group bring that too. Then we'll have a presentation on how CRM can be used to track unconventional object- players. Green 4 Solutions will present their player performance solution, used to track and report on everything surrounding a team's members.
