

Pro Stream is a Sports Marketing Consultancy which aims to get the “team off the field” working together to fulfill the main sales and marketing aims. These aims are:
1) To find more customers for the business
2) To retain all existing and new customers
3) To maximize the spend of each customer
Pro Stream works with the professional clubs to provide this team with the skills, the knowledge and principles necessary to achieve these aims. The main areas of activity are:
a) The Infrastructure – we develop a sales ethos in the business which focuses on an understanding of what it is we sell, what customers want and the principles of selling. We also train the “team off the field” to write effective sales letters and how to make a sales call on the telephone.
b) Building up a Strategy- this includes the building of a three year plan for the business, how we can develop new markets, using the community programme as a marketing tool, how do we retain the customers and how we can maximize our sales made to each customer.
c) Developing a CRM strategy – we work in conjunction with Green4 solutions to assist clubs in the development of effective CRM strategies.
