Green 4 Solutions have extended the scope of their products to include Player Passport, Sport Administration and Player Per4mance.
The solutions provided by Green 4 are all based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM engine and enable sporting organisations to integrate all their data into one single system, making it easier to profile and manage athlete and administrative information efficiently. Green 4 have chosen the most proven, tested and widely used CRM platform as the “engine” for our solution. This means that much of the core database functionality is provided “out of the box”. The areas that Microsoft has spent £millions perfecting, such as user security, reporting services and the user interface is a standard feature.
Green 4 are able to use this tried and tested platform as a development platform to extend and customise the system in order to meet your specific business needs. In order to provide exactly what clubs require it is essential that we work closely with our customers. We have built an excellent relationship with customers such as Leicester City Football Club where we have jointly designed andbuilt new functionality to allow players and coaches to monitor, manage and report on player preparation and performance. Similar to that, working colsely with PSL we were able to develop a solution which caters for managing and streamlining the administrative procedures clubs have to adhere to. With this approach we have been able to understand the key requirements and propose appropriate technologies to deliver the solution.
Through our experience we understand that the needs of all sporting organisations are not the same and therefore it is impossible to address all needs with a single set of standard off the shelf modules. However, we have recognised core similarities within these organisations and thus based our development work on this. By using such a flexible platform, Green 4 has the ability to tailor the system for each organisation.
