from within the CRM system. The tight integration of
this end-to-end functionality enables you to map any
data field from the individual contact record into
the email - therefore you can truly personalise the
email for each recipient.
As the recipient interacts with the email you can
immediately measure campaign success from the
automatic statistics provided and the campaign
responses that are automatically fed back to the
Dynamics database.
Customer profiles will also automatically get
updated in readiness for follow-on campaigns. This
“closed loop” environment makes it possible for your
business to listen and learn from campaigns and make
future campaigns even more targeted and
personalised.
Integration with other transactional systems also
adds significant value to the data stored in the CRM
system irrespective of the source of the data, be it
from the ticketing system, merchandising or

enables you to quickly and easily compile and send
out supporter surveys via email. With a choice of
formats, question dependencies and the type of
response you want, the survey tool enables you to
deliver either vote based or in depth
questionnaires. Once sent, all survey responses are
held within the Dynamics CRM database and can be
analysed using the inbuilt query tool it is easy to
track and analyse the results.
